A brand is a promise of an experience. A visual identity helps to represent that experience. We can work with you on both though importantly we draw an important distinction between the two activities of branding and identity development.
When developing a brand/identity we work closely to fully understand what our partners’ end users will experience. Developing the full brand means we have to consider the wider picture: What is the experience that is promised? How does our partner help to achieve that? What are our partners’ invested capabilities? How is their service offer or product positioned against others? We can uncover this through dialogue or through structured workshops which can involve the various stakeholders in your business.
Alongside this we can consider how the visual identity communicates the brand. What look and feel are your trying to achieve? What have you seen elsewhere that you admire? What colours/schemes are important to you? what influences would you like us to draw upon?
